Can I return or exchange an item?

At Simpout, if you are not complete satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange with the first 30 days of your receipt.

Notes:

  • Returned item is unused.
  • Returned item must include all accessories and original packaging.
  • Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening, kindly pls arrange to return your item in the period of validity.

How do I return an item

     1. If you wish to return an item, pls reach out to Simpout customer support at [email protected] to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
     2. Simpout customer support will share the corresponding return address with you in 24-48 working hours.
     3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to Simpout within 30 days with the following information:

  • Name of the courier.
  • Tracking number.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once the returned item arrives back in Simpout’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. The refund will be credited back using credit card or PayPal. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.

Do I pay for shipping fee on returns?

Yes, you need to cover the shipment cost unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. Simpout does not provide pre-paid return or exchange labels. You may ship it back using the carrier of your choice.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for customs or duties.
  • To ensure a pleasant experience, we highly advise using a tracking service when returning an item and keeping us informed, which could minimize cases of lost packages.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you wish to cancel your order, pls contact us A.S.A.P. If your package remains uncollected by the carrier, we will cancel your order and make the refund.
